LOIS GLAB OF CALIFORNIA

Lois Glab received a B.A. degree in English from DePaul
University. She did graduate work at U. of Va.; George Washington
University and the University of Ca. at Long Beach receiving a
lifetime teaching credential there. She taught Junior High for 25
years. Lois was also Chairperson of the Ronald Reagan Presidential
Library Docent Association.
She was a Delegate to the NRC in Philadelphia in 2000 as well as a
California FRW delegate since 1997. She has twice received
resolutions honoring her volunteerism from the California Assembly.
Lois has been on the NFRW Board of Directors since 2002 and is
currently chairman of the Resolutions Committee. She has been active
in the CFRW, and a County and Club President.
Lois resides with her spouse, Cdr. Joseph T. Glab, USN (Ret.) and is
the mother of Corey, a Northwest Airline Captain; Dawn Hadley, a
special education teacher; and Kevin, an autistic young man doing
well in residential care. She has 5 grandchildren, Chase, a West
Point graduate now in Iraq; Preston, a USNA grad in flight training;
Kristin at MIT for her PhD in Chemistry and 2 younger children,
Kelly and Kyle. She looks forward to working hard for Senator McCain
in the coming months.
