Nueces County Republican Women (NCRW) has about 80 members and meets in Corpus Christi. Our home is in the “Coastal Bend” of South Texas. Although this area of Texas is traditionally considered Democrat country, with the help of NCRW members, Nueces County proudly has turned RED in the last decade. Club members work hard in each election to keep our county government in the very capable hands of Republican office holders.
Our club was founded in 1957 and has been continually active since. We have some members with 30+ membership years. NCRW works closely with the Republican Party of Nueces County and the Young Republicans because we know a united Republican team means we will succeed in our goals to keep a better community, county and state.
We are proud to have earned the NFRW Club Achievement Award and the Texas Federation of Republican Women’s John Goodwin Tower Award of Excellence. In addition to regular monthly luncheon meetings with political- or government-related speakers, NCRW members enjoy inviting the community to evening “socials” at local entertainment venues (including receptions at a local gun shop and shooting range).
