Report Missing Issue

TRACKING DOWN YOUR ISSUE:
If you are a member and have not received the latest issue of the Republican Woman magazine, please alert your state Federation president, who is responsible for compiling the membership database for your state Federation and submitting it to the national office. The president will check to see if your address is correctly listed in the database. If you suspect that you have not received your magazine due to an error on the part of the U.S. Postal Service, see "Publication Watch" below.

IN THE INTERIM:
Read the latest issue of the magazine online.

ENACT PUBLICATION WATCH:
The U.S. Postal Service offers what is called a "Publication Watch." It is a method of determining the reason for delayed delivery or non-delivery of periodicals, newspapers and other subscription materials.

If you have not received the most recent issue of the Republican Woman magazine, please contact your local postmaster and ask him or her to enact a "Publication Watch."

You will be asked to complete Form 3721, Publication Watch, to verify originating and designating information. The postmaster or supervisor will alert your carrier to "watch" for the magazine for a set period of time. The carrier will report back regularly to the supervisor on the status of the "watch."
