PRESIDENT'S BIOGRAPHY

Toni Anne Dashiell is Texas FRW President. Over the last 8 years she served TFRW as 1st VP, VP Campaign Activities, Deputy President Region IX and Teenage Republican Liaison.

Her political involvement began in 1969 as a Teenage Republican. She joined Kendall County Republican Women in 1995 and has served as its PAC Treasurer, Vice President, and President, as well as chairman of many committees. She was the Volunteer Coordinator for the 2001 NFRW convention in San Antonio.

Her involvement with Republican Party has been broad and includes being a delegate to the Republican Party of Texas conventions since 1998 and serving on different committees. She was the National Delegate for Congressional District 23 in 2004 and has worked on many campaigns outside of her county, city and district.

She traveled with TFRW’s “A” team across Texas, the Mighty Texas Strike Force in 2000 and “de Frost” Dallas by helping Congressman Pete Session. In 2006 she worked closely with Senator Hutchison’s campaign coordinating liaisons with TFRW clubs.

She is active in her community of Boerne while working with her husband as a Real Estate and Insurance agent.

FEDERATION HISTORY

The Texas Federation was founded in 1955 and affiliated with the NFRW the same year. TFRW has 31 districts and 164 clubs.

Clubs participate in voter registration and outreach activities, the TFRW PAC fund, get-out-the-vote and candidate recruitment efforts, campaign management schools, political rallies, forums and legislative day events. Members help furnish volunteers for local, state, and national campaigns and legislative hot lines. In addition, members participate in patriotic community service projects such as the TFRW Barbara Bush Literacy Library, Career Women, Caring for America, Senior Americans and Young Women.
