This night is not officially in the hotel block, but if you plan on arriving early, you will have the opportunity to go to a gun safety class at a range and enjoy an evening of dessert and discussion.

Friday, January 10, 2025 – Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum
10:00 AM – Docent-led tour of the museum and the Air Force One Pavilion
Lunch in Pavilion
Afternoon – Tour the museum on your own. Please note that the tour requires a considerable amount of walking. The museum is handicap-accessible, and they have a limited number of wheelchairs to be borrowed by guests. They cannot guarantee availability at the time of the visit.
The museum is located 11 miles from the hotel. Attendees will be responsible for their own transportation between the hotel and the museum.

The hotel is located approximately 38 miles from the Burbank Airport and 40 from the Los Angeles Airport. Estimated travel times from the airports to the hotel are about one hour.
If you are driving, the hotel has complimentary self-parking for hotel guests.
Hotel Room Block:
The official room block at the Westlake Village Inn & Spa starts on Thursday, January 9, 2025, and is set for check out on Saturday, January 11, 2025.
The room rate is $239 plus taxes and fees. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. The hotel may have rooms available on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, for any early arrivals, but that is not guaranteed for availability or price.

There will be no onsite registration.
Registration includes dinner on Thursday evening, the Ronald Reagan Library tour and luncheon on Friday, and breakfast on Saturday morning.
You can also look forward to a welcome bag, a complimentary drink when you check in for the meeting, and important training opportunities with The Leadership Institute and NFRW leadership.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation/refund requests must be made in writing by email to: meetings@nfrw.org
A fee of 15% will be charged for cancellations through December 5, 2024.
After December 5, 2024, no refunds will be issued.
