Wednesday, January 8, 2025 – Early Arrivals

Those arriving early will have the opportunity to go to a gun safety class at a range and enjoy an evening of dessert and discussion.

Thursday, January 9, 2025 – Westlake Village Inn & Spa Hotel

Morning – Arrivals and Registration
Afternoon – Workshops and Buffet Dinner

Friday, January 10, 2025 – Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum

10:00 AM – Docent-led tour of the museum and the Air Force One Pavilion
Lunch in Pavilion
Afternoon – Tour the museum on your own. Please note that the tour requires a considerable amount of walking. The museum is handicap-accessible, and they have a limited number of wheelchairs to be borrowed by guests. They cannot guarantee availability at the time of the visit.

The museum is located 11 miles from the hotel. Attendees will be responsible for their own transportation between the hotel and the museum.

Saturday, January 11, 2025 – Westlake Village Inn & Spa Hotel
