Club Hosts NFRW Diversity Chair Vivian Childs for June Zoom Meeting
Washington Republican Women's Virtual Club (WRWVC) hosted Vivian Childs, NFRW's Diversity Chair, as guest speaker for their June Zoom meeting.
Vivian's challenge - put America First, stand for what is right, stop the fighting, stop the madness, educate and engage the community, and keep in mind even when we disagree about things, we all want our country to improve. This message resonated with the audience and reminded everyone that Caring for America starts with each of us.
WRWVC is getting off the ground in 2021 and is an opportunity for Republican women to learn relevant and timely information, hear great speakers and participate in activities. Meeting in the evening with Zoom allows women from across the state to join in the conversation when they don't have a regular club available in their area.
Prior speakers have included a retired lieutenant of the Washington National Guard who was present during the rioting in Seattle, state Representative Jim Walsh who helped turn his district red, and Mark Harmsworth, Washington Policy Center Director, Center for Small Business, who gave an update on the 2021 legislative session.
