Club Contributes Toiletry and Children's Gift Bags to Domestic Violence Center
The East Baton Rouge Parish Republican Women of Louisiana recently packed up and delivered 30 toiletry bags and 30 children’s gift bags for the women and children residents at the Iris Domestic Violence Center in Baton Rouge. Club members collect hotel toiletries as well as contribute money throughout the year to fund this very worthy project.
For nearly 40 years, Iris Domestic Violence Center, a nonprofit domestic violence service organization in Louisiana, has provided professional, compassionate, and empowering support to battered women and their children in the Greater Baton Rouge area and surrounding parishes.
