Members Donate Time and Treasure to Bless Overseas Troops
Palo Alto Republican Women Federated of California organized a collection for Operation Care and Comfort (OCC) in the Bay Area. Our ladies were generous with their time and treasure to bless our overseas troops.
OCC provides support and comfort to “adopted” units of deployed U.S. military service members serving in conflict regions. The organization works within the community and through donations received from all over the country to assemble and ship care packages to adopted units every month until they come home. They currently are serving around 200 units a month.
