Club Presents Pat Osborne Scholarship at Brunch Social
Oldham County Republican Women's Club of Kentucky presented the 2023 Pat Osborne Scholarship Award at their annual Brunch Social.
The $1,000 scholarship honors Kentucky House Speaker David Osborne's mother, who was an active member of the Women's Club and Republican Party.
Present at the brunch was Speaker Osborne (pictured) and several other elected officials and primary candidates. The event was well attended by club members and community leaders.
