Club Supports Survivors of Sex Trafficking Through Mirror Ministries
Columbia Basin Republican Women (CBRW) is located in the greater Tri-Cities area of Washington state. It is one of the two oldest clubs in the state, and actually formed before the Washington Federation of Republican Women (WFRW). CBRW was honored to receive the National Federation of Republican Women's Gold Club Achievement Award for two years ending in 2021.
CBRW has adopted Mirror Ministries as its Caring For America project. Mirror Ministries is a local organization of people who embrace the vision of hope for victims and survivors of sex trafficking. They are working on a restoration home for survivor youth called Esther's Home.
Michelle Olsen, a member of CBRW, donated her horse to the Esther's Home project to become a therapy horse. Michelle's horse will provide healing and theraputic services to young women of trauma.
