Club Brings Holidays to Local Veteran's Hospital
Palo Alto Republican Women Federated of California collected items to fill holiday gift bags for the men and women housed in a long-term hospital.
Included in the bags were requested reusable water bottles, VISA gift cards, puzzles, books, snacks, and treats.
The patients who could be moved to the recreation room enjoyed a performance of the local school's acapella group.
Additional gift bags were also delivered to the satellite campus for the residential women in treatment programs.
