Club Contributes $500 to Two Student Members for YMCA Youth and Government Program
At the September Republican Women of Prescott (AZ) luncheon meeting, President Sue Davis presented high school students Kellie Walker and Makenzie Yowell $500 each towards the opportunity to experience government firsthand.
YMCA Youth and Government is a dynamic program dedicated to empowering young leaders and promoting civic engagement among Arizona’s youth. Through hands-on activities, debates, and mock legislative sessions, participants develop essential leadership skills and gain a deeper understanding of our democratic process.
