Club Celebrates 45th Anniversary
Montgomery County Republican Women (MCRW) Texas was thrilled to celebrate our 45th Anniversary with friends, past presidents, elected officials, guests and our wonderful members. The club was honored with a TFRW anniversary certificate and a resolution from the State of Texas marking our 45th anniversary signed by Will Metcalf, Texas State Representative District 16.
On Thursday, November 29, 1979, 21 women sat around a kitchen table forming the very FIRST Republican Women's Club in Montgomery County, Texas. Their goal was to make Montgomery County the Most Republican County in the Most Republican State and their legacy continues today. MCRW has worked tirelessly to advance the Republican Party, support Republican women, and serve our community... Here's to the next 45.
