MONICA KOZLOWSKI of Indiana
Slated Position: NFRW 1st Vice President
Monica Kozlowski is a Regional Director for U.S. Senator Todd Young, covering parts of
Indiana’s 4th, 5th, and 7th Congressional Districts. She has 23 years of experience in public service, having previously served both U.S. Senators Dan Coats and Richard Lugar. She is a graduate of the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series (Class of 2000– 2001) and the FBI Citizens Academy (2003).
Monica serves as a Member-at-Large on the NFRW Executive Committee and is the Director of
NFRW Region 7, which includes Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, District of
Columbia, Maryland, and Delaware. She also serves as the Advisor to the NFRW Bylaws and Armed Services Committees.
Monica is the Immediate Past President of the Indiana Federation of Republican Women
(IFRW), and previously served on the IFRW Executive Committee for eight years. She has received the NFRW Betty Heitman Award and twice received the Indiana Republican Party State Chairman’s Award (2017 & 2020).
Locally, Monica serves as a Precinct Committeewoman in Indianapolis, a position she has held
for more than 25 years. She is the Pike Township GOP Chair, and Past President of the
Greater Indianapolis Republican Women’s Club. In addition, Monica is a member of Kiwanis
and past member of the Flat Rock YMCA Camp Advisory Board. She earned her undergraduate
degree from Indiana University and graduate degree from Oakland City University. Monica is
married to Colonel (Retired) Dan Kozlowski. They have three adult children and three young
grandchildren.
