At the October 2019 Biennial Convention of the Nevada Federation of Republican Women (NvFRW), the Republican Women of Reno (RWR) received the award for "Number One in the State of Nevada for Membership Recruitment and Growth."
Following the guidelines of "Each One Bring One" promoted by NFRW Membership Chair Caroline Smith, the Republican Women of Reno (RWR) increased its membership from 2018 to 2019 by 44%. RWR attributes this to a robust Membership Committee and to the individual efforts of its members who collectively brought in their friends to join the club. RWR is proof that "Each One Bring One" really does work.
