Continuing Annual Wreaths Across America Project Admist Pandemic
Rio Colorado Republican Women (RCRW) of Arizona raised enough funds to place over 2,300 wreaths on the graves of fallen service members on December 19. RCRW member Winnie Moir, who serves as the Wreaths Across America-Yuma Chair, stated that more donations were received in 2020 than in any of the previous years, which led to more wreaths being placed than ever. Even amidst the pandemic in which fundraisers were cancelled, RCRW members were able to raise a record amount of funds and keep this community tradition going.
