A Message from NFRW President Eileen Sobjack
In the NFRW President’s office is a map of the United States. You can’t miss it! It takes up an entire wall. When I look at the map, it is a reminder of our influential grassroots reach of Republican sisters.
Across the country Republican women are involved in strengthening their communities through political and community involvement. Clubs are building their organizations by providing programs and training. Republican women devote millions of hours of time and talent to elect Republicans. They work tirelessly to make a difference locally, statewide, and nationally. You can read about the activities of clubs here and on Facebook. If you have news to share about your club, we want to hear it.
There is turmoil in our world, but there is also hope. We can’t eradicate all the evil, but we can certainly counter it by working for what is good, true, and right. When we speak up, we give others the courage to do the same.
At NFRW Headquarters we are busy preparing for the Spring Board of Directors meeting in historic Alexandria, Virginia. Women from across the nation will convene to hear from Republican leaders and receive vital training. We will hear from our elected officials regarding important legislation and strategies for the 2022 elections.
We ended 2021 with more than 65,000 members in 1,258 clubs in 47 states. Membership continues to grow quickly, and clubs are sprouting up everywhere! We’ve already chartered more than 30 new clubs this year. I’m tempted to put a pin on the map for each new club.
Keep up the excellent work!
