Club Honors Our Veterans
West Mobile Republican Women's Club of Alabama is celebrating Veterans Day this year by donating three Patriotic Books to the Media Center at Dawes Intermediate School.
The books are featured on the NFRW Mamie Eisenhower Library Project list. Mr. Jimmy Lynn, Army Veteran, and Mrs. Tanya Rogers, Air Force Veteran, read our donated books to the fourth grade classes at the school. There were lots of red, white, and blue and questions from children about veterans. Many thanks to Gail Walton, Americanism chair, for leading our efforts.
