Club Celebrates Successful Year with Contribution to Local Women Veterans Project
At the final meeting of 2024 in November, Butte Republican Women Federated presented $1,374 to the Caring for America project. Member and Air Force veteran Leanna Glander shared with us about her master's thesis and how she started the Liberty Commons project to provide safe shelter for female veterans. We also recognized the election with a celebratory toast to President Trump. It was one of our biggest luncheons with about 80 members attending. We are at 156 members for 2024, nearly double from the end of 2023.
