If there is to be a hostage release, it should be equitable.

All of the hostages should be released not just 33 of them. All of them! And Israel needs to maintain control of the area. Once all of Hamas is out of there or destroyed. Israeli citizens should be moving in there not the Palestinians.

It is not a good deal if a small number of hostages held by Hamas are released and thousand of Hamas prisoners are released. ALL of those held by Hamas must be set free, including all Americans!

I am very disappointed in the hostage release "deal". Initial information projects a lopsided 'deal' giving Hamas terrorists an unacceptable win. ALL the hostages should be freed, including all our American citizens. The atrocities committed by terrorist monsters on October 7 leaves no room for compromise, and certainly should not be rewarded by what seems unreasonable concessions by Israel. Hamas terrorists who could commit such heinous acts must be completely removed from Gaza for peace to be a possibility.

There seems to be to many prisoners being exchanged for the hostages.

There's no equity to the release of hostages. The "33" that the US and Israel are to get may only be DEAD BODIES. There has been nothing to prove that ANY of the hostages held by HAMAS are alive! There's nothing to keep HAMAS from utilizing the released hostages back into battle once they have a sufficient number of their militants back! I'm sure the innocent bystanders in Gaza have suffered without adequate supplies of necessities, but they also refused to turn over any of the combatants who were being hidden in Gaza! HAMAS was stealing all of the food and medical supplies coming into Gaza, and they still refused to turn them in! If they attack Israel again, I sincerely hope Israel will use whatever force it has to eliminate the threat once and for all!

I don’t believe Hamas will live up to the deal.

It is sort of good, if it lasts. But the hostages should all be released at once. A lull in the fighting only gives hamas a chance to regroup. It is time for all of them to be ended, hamas, hezbollah and all the others. But, the only way to do that is to take all the children and babies away from them, because they are taught from birth "hatred". Hatred of all not like them. A sorry way of life, really not much "life" at all. Hatred only eats away at you and turns you into a "beast".
