The South Dakota Federation of Republican Women met for Legislative Day in Pierre. Special guests included Gov. Kristi Noem and Lt. Gov. Larry Rhoden. The group toured the governor's mansion and state Capitol, including its secret underground tunnels, and was introduced in the House and Senate chambers.
