Armed Forces Day is the proper day to honor all of the men and women currently serving as well as those who have served and sacrificed to defend our freedom.  It recognizes the men and women serving in the Active, Reserve, and National Guard components of the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard and Space Force. 

During the Spring Board Meeting, the Washington Federation of Republican Women honored founder Della Urquhart with an inaugural scholarship program. Two annual scholarships will be awarded to conservative college undergraduate women who are currently majoring in political science, government or economics and are residents of Washington State.

The New Mexico Federation of Republican Women met in beautiful Ruidoso, New Mexico, May 6-7, for the Summer Meeting, a jam-packed event with impressive speakers.

Asian American and Pacific Islanders have been serving honorably in the United States Military since the War of 1812.  

Children whose military parent died in combat suffer a great deprivation that most youths will never have to experience. The best way to acknowledge those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation is to invest in their children’s future.
