I agree that there should be an inventigation of the Clinton influence, CIA, DOJ, & FBI, as well as the Obama White House. BUT there are some Repub's who would waste our time & money in such a non-investigation. Senator Burr is calling Don Trump, Jr. This is ridiculous, since Mueller already wasted much time on interviewing him! We need to be careful & do a good job that has teeth, that goes somewhere. Otherwise, spare us the angst. I'm counting on our AG William Barr & his people holding people accountable. God bless him!!

Yes, Mr. Barr should investigate the origin of the Muller probe into the Russian "collusion". The history books must have it correct so that our younger generations know that there was an attempt of a government coup by the liberals. Also, those who attempted the coup should be named and made accountable for their actions. They need to go to jail.

Without pontificating, grandstanding, or wasting time, Congress should investigate so the truth is established and the cover-up is exposed. I expect Bill Barr will do this, but he is already being smeared in anticipation of his findings. Thus, the Senate should also conduct an inquiry so two independent voices are heard. If the House hadn't gone of the deep end with its own shrill re-investigations, I might have responded differently.

My vote is NO, as Congress has other important issues they should be working on. The Justice Department should conduct any further investigation if necessary.

My concern is if Bill Barr does not investigate and expose the truth of the conspiracy to destroy President Trump, the Deep State will not be held to account, and will certainly try these shenanigans again! Justice MUST be done, and swiftly! But I would also like to see the Senate get many more judges confirmed VERY RAPIDLY. McConnell should have nixed the 30 hour hearings for each candidate long ago and gotten every empty judgeship filled with a Constitutional conservative. No guarantees we'll hold the Senate in 2020 but I'm praying for a resounding victory by Trump and hope we retake the House as well as hold the Senate. Much work to be done!

Bill Barr is doing a great job. Congress needs to get to work on more important things like fixing our Immigration system and getting our 22 trillion debt down.

No, Congress should NOT investigate the origins of the Justice Department’s inquiry into Russian interference in the 2016 election. Right now Inspector General Michael Horowitz is working on a report about the sources and methods the FBI used to begin surveillance on the Trump campaign. That report is expected to be out next month, in June. Also, U.S. Attorney John Huber is investigating possible abuses of the FISA court to get a warrant to surveil Carter Page. Finally, Attorney General Barr has appointed top Federal Prosecutor John Durham to investigate the legality of all federal efforts to surveil the Trump campaign in 2016. So we have 3 investigations going on right now. We don’t need Congress to investigate this as well. Congress should be doing its job - legislating on behalf of the American people!
