Destroying monuments is part of erasing history. It is part of promoting Marxist socialism. This is organized and scary. Yet, our leaders seem unable to lead our way out of it. Our women's organization, as a strong grassroots organization, needs to step up. Our politicians will follow.

Agree with Dee Hodges; the only way in which bad behavior is discouraged is through swift, appropriate and certain punishment for those who engage in it. Black Lives Matter funding is going directly into Democrat coffers and others participating in the anarchy of late are organized and funded by Soros and other organizations who have been working for decades to eliminate the USA as it was founded and usher in a socialist (eventually communist) form of government. Their ultimate goal is to establish a One World Order where they will live as kings and the rest of us will be left begging for our existence.

Our monuments should not be destroyed. If enough people find Confederate general statues offensive, they should be put in museums. If our history is wiped out, we will not have the opportunity to understand it or ever learn from it. Destroying statues is a fascist move. It’s part of the anarchists plan to fundamentally transform our country. Many of the young people who are destroying our statues are incredibly ignorant about our history, destroying statues of General Grant, abolitionists and missionaries. All they see are white men, and that’s a good enough reason for them to tear them down. This is disgraceful. The cowardly Democrat politicians do nothing to stop them.

President Trump should withhold federal funding from the states that allow this destruction of statues to continue.

Vandalizing and tearing down statues is symbolic of destroying the past and overthrowing the system. We must not let a mob rule. The mob seeks to tear down statues of abolitionist & those who freed the slaves. They do not pinpoint those who endorsed slavery. They are Marxists who want to overthrow our Constitutional Republic. They want to rule. They do no care for families. They do not care for individuals. They want to govern in tyranny.

The more that miscreants are permitted to vandalize and tear down our statues without ramifications, the more the behavior will continue. What will they destroy once the statues have all been destroyed?

They attempt to eliminate all signs and symbols of the past to allow them to rewrite the past to their advantage, and dictate our future. Every time a statue is pulled down and destroyed, we have taken another step closer to the Mao-based ideology they envision for the country.

Our women's organization, as a strong grassroots organization, needs to step up. Our politicians will follow.
