I have participated in a clinical trial, and the norm is for them to take years. The reason is that some symptoms don't develop because they only show themselves after long term use. It is not uncommon for symptoms to develop after a year - or two or three after the patient's first exposed to them. We cannot know early on whether any pending vaccine is effective - and more importantly - safe! For this reason I voted against allowing use of a vaccine until it's safety and efficacy has been proven.

The vaccines closest to acceptance for general distribution are not the ones being developed by Anthony Fauci and Bill Gates in China. However much good they have done, these 2 individuals are snakes in the grass, IMHO, and I wouldn't trust them to watch my lunch while I went to get a drink of water.

I say if those vaccines closest to market appear to be ready, we use them and thereby reduce the money that Fauci/Gates will make from their vaccine.
