This will become law because Republican women will contact their Senators to vote for it and contact President Biden to sign it or allow it become law without his signature

I would love to see this bill pass, but I see that as extremely doubtful. We are failing our great nation by not making sure that when a Republican is elected, they will stand on true Republican principles. And then they vote against those principles. We are becoming a Uni-party system, with little difference between the two parties, especially when it comes to government spending and the destruction of our culture

It is unfortunate that Biden has to sign it into law.

Sadly, Biden will not sign it.

Per Republicans in the Senate, 50, versus 47 Dems, you'd think we'd have a fighting chance, then there are 2 Dems who left the Dem's party, making 3 'Independents,' who always caucus with the Dems. And the Minority Leader China Mitch never works on wavering Senators as a Republican leader or with the 2 possible Independents, ever. But operates as a leader aligned with the left.

6 to 12 of our 'Republicans' seem to caucus with the Dems as well, failing miserably to unite in strength nor represent their voting base. My own questionable TX Rep John Cornyn has gone to the dark side, like Romney, Graham, Collins, Tillis, Murkowski, and of course China Mitch.

Even if our GOP Senators voted as true Republicans, creating a tie, we have the tiebreaker, VP of naught, Ms. Harris.

And if per chance it did pass by the Senate, Biden has been very vocal about vetoing the Republican's "Save, Grow Act of 2023." As he whines, "it does not carry my vision for the nation." God help US all.

My answer is 'NO'" for multiple reasons.

Does the bill include forcing students to school with a gun pointed at their head? If not, it’s not really something a republican can support is it?

It will not pass. Republicans are like "herding cats." Democrats stick together, NO MATTER WHAT. Democrats will vote the same regardless of whether they're posing as moderate or communist.

We can all hope: Let's hope the four GOP hold outs .. listen to Kevin McCarthy. IFour GOP lawmakers opposed the measure: Reps. Tim Burchett (Tenn.), Matt Gaetz (Fla.), Ken Buck (Colo.) and Andy Biggs (Ariz.). The Republican defections put the conference close to seeing their bill fail — if one more GOP lawmaker broke from the party and all Democrats remained united in opposition, the measure would not have passed. The reasons they give for voting "with" the Democrats.. let's put that way.. are absurd. THOSE FOUR NEED TO BE CALLED BY THEIR CONSTITUENTS.

This will not become law until we have a real Republican President, a real Republican House and real Republican Senate. On the other hand, the GOP has had many opportunities to get the job done. At least they are moving now. I still want to kick their backsides.

Sadly, it will not pass in the Senate and Biden will not sign it.

I have hope that it will. Please let us know what the average Republican can do

to support the election. There are a lot of us who would get out and do something,

but What do we do.! thank you

I don't think this bill will make it through without some serious revisions. It seems like there's still a lot of back and forth to come. I'll be watching closely to see how this plays out! website

In a statement late Wednesday, the White House press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said congressional Republicans “must act immediately and without conditions to avoid default. ... That is their job.”
